I cannot recommend Andy enough! He's so knowledgeable, fairly priced and helpful. He will not rip you off and his reviews speak true of his good service. I will be a life long customer of his.

I recently did a Google search for computer repair and resale shops and found a place that seemed to have a good vibe based on the reviews. I decided to visit and see what used PCs they had for sale. However, I was informed that they don’t sell used PCs but instead focus on custom builds. The owner seemed very short with me when I asked about upgrading my PC and its value. He informed me that my PC was very basic and worth maybe $100. I apologized for bothering him and left. While dealing with my car insurance in the parking lot (I was hit last week), the owner came out and took at least two photos of my car. He took one from outside his front door and then proceeded to the back to take a photo of my tag, which is still a paper tag since I just bought the vehicle. I find it very odd that he felt the need to do that. I was simply curious about a used gaming PC for multitasking, making spreadsheets and presentations for work, coding, and gaming. I don’t usually post negative reviews, but there was something just that doesn't sit right with me I just want people to be aware of the experience I had with this business but then again I'm a big guy and perhaps I gave him the wrong impression if I did it sure was not intentional just the reviews made it sound like a tech guys paradise anyway I wont be going back for anything from this location for the rest of you that have had great experiences I only hope they continue.

I would not trust this place with a computer ever again. It took nearly a week, with very poor communication and the office was closed most days that their website lists them to be open. Phone calls and updates were requested and were not provided. We had to make continual efforts to try to obtain updates. We were told that my computer files couldn't be recovered and to use the computer Windows would need to be reloaded and everything would be lost. We had asked to be called if the files couldn't be recovered so that we could then make that decision, no call was made to us and the repair person decided to not reload Windows onto the computer. The one positive thing is I would that it was very kind that there wasn't a charge for looking at the computer. However, we took the computer to a different repair shop the next day and the files were recovered and Windows was reloaded within two hours with a very reasonable price for the work that was completed.

I dropped my PC off on a Tuesday with monitor issues (wasn't turning on) so before I replaced anything, I wanted a second opinion. Very friendly and polite. Greeted with smiles. Turned out it wasn't what I thought it was. So he was able to figure out the issues and fix them all up. I was able to get it back on a Saturday. He gave me the details on everything he did as well as showed me part of the issue. Replaced the CPU that I did not place in correctly roughly three years ago. The fan wasn't always kicking on so he figured that out. Tightened up everything for me that was barely hanging on. I also asked about an adapter for a third monitor hook up and he had exactly that for an adapter for it. Very reasonable prices. He would tell me today or tomorrow and I wouldn't hear nothing. When I did make a call, he apologized and told me he was still trying to figure out the issues and told me what he had found so far. I'm a gamer so I was a bit anxious about getting my PC back. Overall, would most definitely take my PC or any other electronics there!

I dropped my laptop (Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop) off for a diagnosis. The owner gave it away or sold just because he couldn't reach me. Terrible way to do business. 100% stay away from this place!
