I went to this store for the only purpose of printing an important document I had to file in court and mail it. At first, it seemed like the perfect DIY deal: prepare my doc, email it to the STAPLES address, bring the code into any store, swipe your card and print. My pdf came out about 75% of the desired size and there was no way to resize it manually within in the machine. The staff did not help at all, but told me I had to print, then scan, then make that extra copy larger. Of course, to do all that I was charged for every paper I printed and because I didn't get helped, it took me a few copies printed to figure it out. After 25 minutes and $10 less, I walked out with my three 2-page documents I needed (and a lot of waste paper from trying to fix it). Of course I complained, but the answer was: the best thing to do is order it printed, but the wait is of a couple of days.

Worst experience ever! I went without an appointment to finish my TSA enrollment this morning . The girl representative was not in the mood, she seemed annoyed for doing her job. I caught her rolling her eyes at me and then she went venting annoyed to her coworkers. I didn’t do anything to her. No smile, no expression no apology. It was obvious she was annoyed. I did tell her that she shouldn’t treat the customer that way and if she hates her job and not deal with people she shouldn’t work here. It wasn’t even 10 am and she was already moody !

Omg! This store employees are the most awesomeness. Thanks to Ms. Luci , she super helpful n thoughtful. Thanks to Tony, and the sweet misses at the cash counter. My dog was stolen, and they were very sympathetic. Felt heard

Customer service is terrible. I just walked in the door. The young man asked if he could help me told him I was looking for some ink and I may need his help. He said if I Google my model number that is what they would have to do. I’d already taken a picture of what I needed. He then turned around and continued talking to Another employee. I turned around and put my basket up and decided to go to another store. He asked me did I not find what I was looking for I told him I had decided to go somewhere else. He was too busy talking to another employee.

EDIT: now it's the 3rd time that they are down lol. Don't use this place for return This is the second time in just a month that their "Amazon return machine is down" and didn't accept Amazon return. Staples should stop offering Amazon services if they can't keep up with the system. I recommend calling the store before heading here.
