I bought a replacement battery for my laptop online and it came with the wrong tool to unscrew the laptop in order to change it out. I stopped by PC Innovations unannounced and they changed it for me on the spot for free. Everyone was very polite and helpful, I will definitely be back for any computer repair needs.

I was recommended by Mr.Kitchen, I received a very warm welcome by Jeremy and staff. Jeremy very respectful. and awesome. He worked on my laptop and he explained what was wrong with my laptop and he also removed and cleaned up, updated it as well. I highly recommend this company, well informed .insightful and very knowledgeable and very patient . My labtop is faster and run like a champ

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Josh! I let him know that my laptop was a mess and he immediately opened it up and started checking it out!! I left it and picked up the next morning and it is like a brand new laptop!!! I’m so excited to find a good company that you can trust!!! 👍👍👍

Been dealing with josh for several years. We're here in Edmond but moved to Classon in okc. Worked on my several mac machines. Excellent service, quality, and fair repair charges.

This company spent nearly 3 months working on a standard issue with a laptop. They were almost impossible to get ahold of and kept bringing up issue after issue after not correctly identifying the problem with broken promises in between. Due to this a high school age student was unable to use this device for an extended period of time. Not even an apology on pickup after being charged over $300 to replace the entire motherboard as they couldn’t solve the problem. Poor technical expertise, poor customer service, and bad outcome.
