Mobile Macsters

We have taken multiple Macs and MacBooks in for various things over the years in my 100% Apple small business and have been satisfied enough. But the past two weeks we have experienced a problem that couldn't be replicated outside our WiFi so I scheduled a tech to come to us this time. Within 10 minutes of Todd hearing the details of our problem, he had it fixed. Very professional, informative, and not at all like the proverbial "tech guys" that like to talk above others as if they can't understand this kind of stuff. So very pleased that we will definitely will call him back out before spending weeks of frustration trying to address it ourselves when it's not a clear solution, like in this instance.

Dropped off my MacBook that I haven’t used for about 18 months but wanted to use for my business. Of course the iOS was super out of date and I remembered zero passwords. They got me up and running again with a fresh wiped laptop (requested it be wiped) for $50. Really appreciated their expertise and patience.
