I came into the store after filing a claim with Assurant through Tmobile. Keaton assisted me with my device. I filed the claim for the wrong part of my phone, and he went out of his was to make sure I got the proper parts of my device fixed. The Assurant call rep was trying to have me replace the whole device, when it was only my screen and back of device that was damaged. I ended up saving money that I didn’t have to spend. I am a satisfied customer.

I had a cell phone (S8 Active) crash for good after 7 years of use and had been needing a new (or newer) phone for awhile. Thaddeus at CPR hooked me up with this S23 at a good price and really helped me with the setup. I think he actually stayed after they were closed helping me with it! Outstanding customer service! I LOVE CPR! This latest visit was to get some help with my cell phone. Keaton went out of his way to talk me through my options so that I could have a working phone as quickly as possible. Previous visits involve saving all my data on two phones and a dead MacBook, which I had been told from other sources that everything was gone forever. Sarah provided excellent service. I visited to have my cracked screen repaired, and she handled it efficiently and skillfully. In addition to fixing the screen, she installed a screen protector and had my phone ready for pick-up within an hour. I truly appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. If I encounter any phone issues in the future, I won't hesitate to return for repairs.

I cannot say enough great things about CPR! My sons PS5 console needed a new HDMI port and no one would work on it except CPR. Thaddeus was very professional, answered all my questions confidently, very tjorough, and was so quick with the repair to the PS5 console. He even cleaned the unit and my son says the buttons felt great, like new. Thaddeus had my repair done in two hours and the price for repair and cleaning was very affordable. We definitely will be back to CPR.
