I have no idea if the employers here are up to the love of conversation or are working to cell products, aka, cellphones. Me and my partner waited for 45 minutes standing at that table and not even one employee came to acknowledge us or even ask for what do we wanted. I had to go and reach different associates, multiple times, including the manager and here are the most common answers…. I am not on the floor right now, along with I am not free but I will tell my manager that send someone. You could see in the picture below, how the table of the cellphone was empty and uncovered. You guys certainly need to step up the customer service. This was by far we the worse customer service that I have received.

Wanted to buy a new phone outright, and was a little apprehensive after reading some of these reviews. Tried to make an appointment but was never able to successfully book one. Showed up early on a Saturday before they were busy and got help pretty much immediately. Ran into a carrier problem that required me to leave and then come back when they were extremely busy. They still managed to get me helped fairly quickly and ended up dealing with Crystal. Crystal (hope I’m spelling that correctly) was knowledgeable and helpful. Got us through the whole process quickly without us feeling rushed. Was a very good experience. Thanks Crystal!

The employees are very helpful and super nice the only reason i didn't give full five is that I had brought in my iPhone for repair they said no way we close early gave me a pick up time for my phone I show up at given time and the store is closed I was upset because who likes going without a phone and they didn't try to contact my spouse to update us about anything. All in all great place great people just need to follow up a bit better.

I scheduled a Genius bar appointment. I came in about 10 minutes early to make sure I got there on time. Over an hour after checking in (And my appointment time) they finally got around to me. They have 20+ sales employee on an empty sales floor, and seemingly 2 Genius bar employees? You can’t put out trash devices and trash ios updates and not have tech support. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be buying apple just for this crap.

Yo Apple corporate needs to get down to this place! I had a SCHEDULED appointment for a battery replacement. Was told by the store manager that yep we have your new battery, but no we don’t have time to replace it. Come back another time. Wait, what? Thats why we made an appointment! Called Apple customer service and they said this is NOT how it’s done. Manager is taking walk ins over appointments jamming up the entire system and turning appointments away. Another customer in the store drove 1.5 hours for her appointment and was turned away as well. Zero stars.
