They are extremely nice and helpful I could not get my gaming pc running and they were able to take care of the problem at a reasonable price thank you. 12/7/24 just picked up my pc again from Lexi and Price they are always the best to take your pc into when you can't figure it out yourself and they will treat you very well. They got both mine working.

spilled a lil bit of coffee on my computer, instant blue screen then it shut off, i cleaned it up as much as possible and called this place, Lexi and Kamary were a great help! got it all cleaned up and now im back in business. thanks guys! (i accidently left a review on the south location so im putting it on this one now😅)

The owners were super nice and communicated every step of the process. They made sure the parts were authentic and not cheap alternatives. They replaced a Dell XPS 15 laptop screen for me, and 7 months later it still works like it's brand new.

Lexi and Price are great folks! I had a huge emergency before Labor Day weekend where my computer just died, and it was outside of my scope of repair. Since I work from home, I needed to have a computer. I brought my desktop to them, thinking I wasn't going to get it back until at least a week, at the latest. I was literally about to go laptop shopping later that day until I received a phone call that my computer was ready. I was shocked! It literally only took them a few hours and it is running even better than before. I'm not sure what they did, but it's super quiet, it doesn't get really hot anymore, and it's just purring like a new baby kitten. I'm so happy I didn't have to go into my physical work location this week and I can just work from the comfort of my home thanks to them! I 100% recommend this company, no doubt!

If I could give these guys 6 out of 5 stars, I would. I've bought my computer from them, had the same computer repaired by them, and sent friends and clients to them. Simply put - they are an amazing LOCAL company that beats BestBuy/any one else ANY time for any computer issues. They are timely, and have directed me to cost saving solutions for purchase and fixes and they are great people too. Excellent customer service. I'm in IT, and I sometimes just don't have the time to research and issue and fix it myself, and they have resources I don't without googling, and it's at the best price they can get for me. Thank you for you Lexi and Price (said in the correct order;) Thank you guys! PS Yes I chastise "Panda" for getting on my keyboard
