I was really impressed that they had a tech at my business within hours and he was very patient with me having to see patients while he was working on our issue. He had our website up and running again very quickly and even helped me set it up so all of our information would be backed up regularly (which I did not know was not happening before). I have used them twice at my business and been very happy both times.

They saved my rear end today. I had this (pic attached) pop up while looking for chicken thigh crockpot recipes! It said that my computer had been locked up & I needed to call their # immediately. It's crazy that you can't even look for a good recipe without people trying to scam you. Thank you Norman Nerds. I greatly appreciate your help & getting back to me quickly. I have previously shared my dismal experience and it was negative. It was deleted. Trying again. To be brief - NORMAN NERDS came to my house 3 times to connect a new printer to my computer and wi fi. Each time, after they left the printer failed to print. They blamed me for the failure - something I was doing but they did not know what. They insulted me at every turn. They refused to return a 4th time and I had payed them $325 for nothing. I then called Best Buy and scheduled a home visit. Within 20 minutes the technician analyzed the setup and determined that the printer was incompatible with my setup, and I need to return it for a different model. The NORMAN NERDS need to bone up on their technical acumen and they need to return my $325.
