Amazing owner and staff who care about you as an individual. They have an awesome set up and really seem to value the community and the diversity of people in it. They aren't there to squeeze your pocketbook dry. They offered me help with my PC and a variety of ways depending on my budget. Thank you for being kind and compassionate ❤️

Had an issue with a stuck label in a printer that I couldn't resolve myself. Had driven by this location for quite some time, so thought I'd take a chance with Norman Computer to see if they could help me rather than just say - well, you need a new printer, which I felt was the answer I would get if I went to a big box place. These are folks that really know their stuff, and had knowledge about a wide range of computer brands and products. I was also surprised at the extent of the inside. They have a lot going on in terms of gaming, events, a place to hang out!

Get your quote in writing! I brought in a 10 year old Dell desktop that wouldn't power on. Initial diagnosis was probably a dead power supply. Estimated cost was $75 for labor and $85 for the part. I was asked for "$100 to get started," which sounded like a deposit. Fair enough, and I paid it. They called the next day and said the power supply was the only issue and it was ready to pick up. On arrival, the bill was $167. I said, "Is that in addition to the $100 I paid yesterday to 'get started.''" Yes, it was. Apparently, the $100 was just for the privilege of their service, but that wasn't made clear. Better yet, I'd say it was misrepresented. I didn't get an itemized receipt, either. But first, I had to wait 25 minutes between 5:10 and 5:35 to pick up the computer because there was a sign on the door that said, "Back in 10 Minutes." But when the employee got back, he had a six pack in his hand and then immediately locked up after i overpaid. My advice is to find someplace that doesn't charge a $100 courtesy fee and waits to go on a beer run until after they close. The computer powers up but I have no other evidence that any of the work was done. I trust it was, but probably paid more than the machine is worth for a minor repair. $267 for a dead power supply (including the $100 "get started" fee). Beware.

Bought a Cyberpower/Ibuypower for 1800 on amazon thinking you get what you pay for- turned out it was built with a junk motherboard and faulty ram. Mark was prompt about sorting the issue and didn’t nickel and dime me or do any shady upcharges you find at other businesses. Labor was cheap compared to what I was expecting and the turnaround was swift, ~week. You got a faulty build? Go here. 5/5
