Horrible service never go there! They took my phone to replace my battery. Cameras were working fine when I took it. Whenever I got it back the front camera did not work. After they looked they conveniently stated it was water damage even though it was working fine whenever I gave it to them. The owner was very rude and told me that they will not do anything to it because it was my fault. Cameras were working fine whenever I gave it to them and it wasn’t working when I got it back. Won’t let me reply. Bottom line is the phone camera was working perfectly before your staff touched the phone. It broke while in your care. Take responsibility for things at store and that broke in your care. It could be possible your staff accidentally got water on my phone.

McAlester store: Have now had screens replaced on 2 phones. Employees were polite and understanding. Turn around was quick, work excellent, and pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank You!!

service was not bad until i left for an hour to get my back camera fixed, when i returned they showed me that my screen was now cracked and they said that it was because my screen had minor chips in the corner ( these were barely noticeable). they put a screen protector on it to keep it from cracking further but my screen is now very cracked and continuing to crack. I asked for a price range on how much it was to fix it and they said $270. they told me they were not liable to fix the screen for free because it already had minor chips in it. I’m not mad but I find it very annoying that I came in to get my phone fixed and they damaged it more. the camera was $160 but i came out with my phone now valuing $270 less just because they made the screen worse. don’t recommend coming here tbh

These folks were supposed to fix my cooling system on my computer and instead left the plastic on beneath the paste and fried my CPU. I really would suggest no one ever taking their computers to this place. They’re gonna cost me another $500. As far as your response goes, get a life your issue caused my CPU to fuse to the cooling system by not removing the plastic wrapper that came with the system so you say whatever you want fax or fax yes, it did take a year for me to find out, but it was under the thermal paste we had to completely removed the unit and the the thermal paste to find your mistake. So get a life.
