Took a 2015 MacBook Pro in because it wouldn't start up. Was told the battery was swollen and needed to be replaced. Installed new battery, no change. After asking them for a refund due to the misdiagnosis I was told that there was nothing they could do. $75 for a misdiagnosis plus cost of battery and I'm right where I started. This is the work order, it has no mention of potential logic board malfunctions.

I spilled some water on my computer and it wouldn’t charge. Went to another tech place and they were absolutely no help. They told me it was going to be about the same amount as the computer is worth and it would be about 5-8 weeks to get my computer back. Took it to the MacMan and I was in-and-out in 23 minutes; Counting the inspection, replacing the hardware, and checking me out. Additionally, the customer service was 10/10, I wish more people knew about this place!

This place was recommended to me by a trusted family member when I discovered my display was messed up in the middle of my semester on a week where I had two midterms due. I was so stressed and scared because I didn’t have a huge budget to work with. I came here and the man who helped me was so respectful and knowledgeable. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and I got a call that it was fixed and ready for pick up early Tuesday morning. I am so appreciative and highly recommend!

Go to the Apple Store!!! These people SCAMMED ME!! I went there to fix my Mac book display screen with warranty. I left and they called me a day or two later that my MacBook has liquid damage and they could fix that with the display screen for $99 instead of $0. Initially I said no that I want only the display screen fixed. I thought about it and I was like $99 isn’t bad so let me fix it, so I called back to CONFIRM. The guy said yeah it was going to be $99 instead of $0 so I was like yeah you can fix that. Now, they called me to pick up the MacBook and I went and they CHARGED ME $324. HOW DID WE MOVE FROM $99 to $324? Yes, the are SCAMMERS! Just go to the Apple Store! I wish there was a way I could have had that phone call recorded. These people are SCAMMERS. Save yourself the stress and go to the Apple Store

Chuck the owner is most helpful. He went beyond my expectations when he suggested using the best browser for our older OS. He also suggested larger fonts for my elderly parents. Was easy to set up an appointment the same day and he performed a complete wipe and reinstall in a few hours. Hard to find a reliable, competent and trustworthy tech so rest assured you will be taken care at a fair price using The MacMan. Craig and family!
