Was recommended here; my screen busted and I needed it fixed pretty quick. They fixed it in just over an hour (it was pretty bad) and for a very reasonable price! They even fixed and leveled the frame that was bent. Would absolutely recommend. The manager was also very nice and professional. Very grateful!

Both Jessie& Diana were very understanding and helpful. My screen display was broken they replaced it. It was defective obviously not their fault, and we had to go through the process several times. Obviously defect manufacture of product . They went above and beyond to correct this problem and I was very satisfied, not once did they question me. In Fact they made the process super easy. Highly recommend.

My phone screen went black in less than 24 hours after getting it repaired here. I went back the next day while they were supposed to be opened to find the open sign on but the doors locked and no one there. I figured it could be anything so I waited a few hours and gave them a call to no answer. When I was able to get ahold of them 2 days later, they wouldn't fix the phone and claimed it was damaged. It was not damaged in anyway. No drops, no physical damage, nothing. Now I'm out $100 and still have to pay to fix the screen for this phone. I really do not recommend. Edit: Too bad they’re not as responsive in their customer service as they are in responding to negative reviews.

Fix My Phone Plus in Moore, efficiently replaced my cracked phone screen at a very competitive price. The service was quick, and the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! I’d say it was about an hour before close when I called to see how long a screen repair would take due to me not wanting to take it in last minute with them closing soon and they were so sweet and told me to go ahead and bring it in, they had it done quickly and perfectly! I will definitely be back if I need anymore repairs on anything in the future!
