Had a great experience getting the battery replaced on my Dell laptop. The staff is friendly and they took care of ordering the part for me. Once the battery came in, I had my laptop back the next day. All for a reasonable price! Definitely recommend checking them out for your computer needs.

Fantastic, personal service. They didn’t try to milk me dry financially. On the contrary, they were incredibly honest and real. They looked for the best deal they could give me on a new screen, but afterwards recommended that I use the money towards a new computer instead. Fantastic people.

If I could give a higher rating I would. I brought in two different machines, both were looked at the counter so I wouldn’t be charged and so I could get an immediate answer to my questions. The older gentleman at the counter was very helpful and informative, he let me know the issues, gave me his honest opinion, as well as giving me the most cost affective way to fix the issue. 1 of the machines I had brought was a little past the point of repair and he was completely honest with me about that instead of just taking my money knowing that it may not be able to be fixed. On top of that HE WOULDNT EVEN ACCEPT A TIP FOR ALL HE DONE FOR ME. I would highly suggest everyone who is not the most intelligent in this field or just wants good, honest service to definitely stop by.

These guys have a customer for life. Went into the store with a dead computerthat I thought was crashed as I had charged before I boarded my flight. because I left my charger back on the East Coast and computer would not turn on. I thought it needed a diagnostic service; however, the salesman basically went in the back, brought out a fresh charger and turned it on. Could have kept and charged. A diagnostic fee and I would not have known. I asked him to sell me a universal charger. He unplugged the charge, put it on my computer and pushed it toward me. Told me to bring the charger back to before I leave town. They have a customer for life. I highly recommend anyone who needs computer service to go to this place and have them troubleshoot your computer. Ethics. And such a wonderful deed in a weary world!!!

Fantastic people working here. My spacebar for my MacBook was broken and I had a replacement already but didn’t want to ruin it again so I brought it up and they were able to get everything attached and it works perfectly now. 10/10
