Great and friendly staff. They got a great power supply for my PC at an awesome price, and when I needed help with my build, they were the obvious choice. They're knowledgeable, and their prices are excellent.

Had some issues at first but overall the service was very professional. Tech that came out to fix the issue was awesome! Service has been great so far. 👍

I am not real sure why this company has such great reviews. They are family friends of my husband and, seriously, the only friendly call I have had was with Brittany. Other than that, employees have been rude and hateful, including the owner’s wife. Do not believe their excuses that it is something on your end. They tried that with me and knew it wasn’t the issue. They “upped” our speeds from 5 mbps to 20 mbps until they could come look at it. They never came, and we almost never reached even 8 mbps with the increased speeds, sometimes we barely received 3 mbps. Nothing has really even improved. All the while owners post about the trips they take using money earned for services often not rendered, or at least not up to par, while claiming that a permanent fix is in the works. Learn to run a business and quit making excuses. Please do not say there is no account in my name - it is in my husbands name, so you can check there if confusion is in the works. We have been waiting for two years and will wait no longer. Additionally , I will be cutting down the pole and taking down the remainder of the equipment Saturday because, despite scheduling to come take down the satellite, the email was missing the date and time that you claim to have scheduled. When we asked for the specific date and time, that was never provided. We are still waiting for that response; however, it is no longer needed or wanted. For those wondering what a better option might be, Starlink is getting five times the speed, and we had internet last weekend when the company’s service faltered again, even though their answer was another, “issues beyond our control” and “we are working to make sure this never happens again” post. Yes, it is more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also - I won’t be reaching out to you and won’t accept an apology. There has been adequate time to address these issues, provide bill credits to your many customers, and adjust customer service accordingly. A post from Grice Enterprises will simply be more empty words loaded with spelling and grammatical errors.

Great people and great service! My internet service through Grice is a life saver for my family. I get zero cell service in my home, so my wifi is extra important. And I can always count on them to fix any glitches in a timely manner! It’s also nice to know I can call the office and get a straight forward answer to my questions or call and pay my bill! Love them!

2nd Edit: The company has finally after a few years provided a decent service. I now have a stable enough connection to be able to do most of the things I would like to do with my internet connection. I am still hesitant to recommend the service, but at least I am now getting what I pay for. So I am changing my rating from 1 star, to 3. 1st Edit: I am updating this review to reflect the current state of "service". I have used the "service" for over 2 years now, and connection has steadily deteriorated. In its current state I can not use it for a gaming connection, and it only occasionally works for streaming. After repeated attempts to get help with the service the only response I ever get is "we will look into it". When I started the service the "company" knowingly pointed the receiver at a tree, then later charged me to move the receiver, at which point they again knowingly pointed it at the same tree just in a different spot. I paid this "company" to set up an open NAT type, they charged me for the setup and a monthly fee for a static IP, I paid the fee for months and never received the open NAT type. I strongly urge anyone considering their "service" look elsewhere, as much as I despise satellite internet, I will be trying it instead, at the very least it can't be worse.
