I like being able to compare real products to real products. In the end less time is spent shopping/returning or not returning. Often when must return the decision is based on additional time spent to return and re-order another product "cost - time, energy etc) to return value. That means the original product actual costs more on line than going to the store to purchase. Thank you Staples for continuing to provide real in town store options. Sherry H

I used to bring in a thumb drive and wait for my posters to be printed. Now you have to pay nearly $30 to rush an order to get it within hours. (Which I can't in good conscience do) I called on this order and they said it would be done by 12:00. I live an hour away and had to be back for my job at 3:00. The order was not done at 12:30. Brick and mortar stores are closing down in droves. It is now easier and cheaper to have printing done online.

During our recent visit, we were treated to a team of professionals. Allie W. was willing to help us find a printer cartridge. She located where the item should be but there were none. Instead of saying we are of stock, she took it a step further. She scanned the items and found some in the store. Through radio communication, she and Dural promptly found the unstocked item. They both exhibited true customer service. Store 663

Purchased a monitor and didn't need. Salesman had offered warranty I bought. When I returned monitor they refunded both purchases. Associates were friendly and helpful.

I went in on a Saturday to buy a laptop HP. I was there trying to get some help and no one made any move to help me. Final I got someone to at least talk to me. He said he would have to get someone else to help me. I waited another 10 minutes before finally got some help. They had what I wanted on display but none in stock so they had to order it at a higher price. Finally a manager got the price that was on sale ordered. I asked if they set it up and they said they do. Just talked to them and they said it would cost $110 to set it up and they needed it for 3 days. They lead me to believe the set up was part of the cost of the computer. I will not be doing business with them again!! Poor Service!
