Got my son an IPhone for Christmas. When setting up FaceID we somehow locked ourselves out of the phone. Took the phone up there, he said about an hour, he called just after 30 minutes and had it ready!! Awesome and quick unlocking!!!!!!! Son and I are both happy... 100% recommend!!!!!!

I rarely leave reviews but feel like I need to this time. About 10 years ago I had an old iPhone that fell into some water. The rice trick did not work and no one at the time could get it working which was disappointing because I had some photos from college that had not been backed up anywhere. For some reason I held onto the phone. I took it in to Reeves not expecting anyone to be able to fix it or pull off my photos. They did and were able to give me back some old memories. Huge thanks to Reeves and I would highly recommend for anyone needing repair to their phones or other devices.

Went to get my Microsoft Surface screen fixed and the guys had to order 3 different screen before one came in that wasn't damaged. They are professional and make sure your equipment is working properly before you go out that door.
