I had my five year old Dell PC serviced by Matt at Computer Zone. They did an outstanding job of replacing the hard drive with a solid-state hard drive, switching me off of windows live mail to Thunderbird, and upgrading me from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The computer is now much faster and everything was successfully transferred and works great. They did all this in one day. Also did a good follow up to make sure everything Worked great. Totally satisfied and highly recommend.

Price was high, but they got done what I needed and in a professional manner. So I suppose, it was worth the money! Not expensive if they did what I couldn't. Excellent. Dropped off on a Wednesday. Picked up on a Friday, with a replacement part they had in stock and software issues resolved. Excellent. My top of the line super computer was constantly crashing. Now it works like the day I bought it. Excellent.

A friend recommended Computer Zone to me when my laptop was having issues. I will never go any place else for computer repair/support. They were professional and honest. They diagnosed what was going on and explained in laymen’s terms what options I had as well as the cost. Matt the technician called me several times just to keep me updated on the progress and timeline for completion. He also followed up the day after to make sure I was not having any further issues.
