Ordered the part and waited, they "repaired" and then it had no sound. Then they had to look at it to see what's wrong, but the "tech" wasn't there when I brought it back, so another trip... Then upon looking at it the next trip they had to order a new speaker and will call when it arrives the next week. 2 ½ weeks later we call them because we haven't heard from them and get "oh yeah it's here". So we take it back AGAIN so they could repair what they damaged. We pick it up again to get a phone that says it won't charge due to low temp and constant pop up ads.... So I Google the symptoms and figure out that it's due to the wireless charging pad so I took the phone apart myself to discover that they broke the finger print pad connection loose from the sensor on the back plate and that the connection ribbon from it was covering the wireless charger pad connection and causing the fault. I was able to get the low temp issue to go away by removing the broken ribbon, but the finger print pad still won't work. I STRONGLY SUGGEST FINDING ANOTHER PLACE TO REPAIR YOUR DEVICES!

Took my laptop in because it would not charge and the power jack was loose. They told us they would call when there was any info on it. We waited almost 3 weeks for a call , but got nothing. I called and was told it was just sitting on a shelf and that he didn't know what was wrong. Could be the jack or the motherboard and that they can just throw parts at it and maybe it will fix it, but it's a waste of time and money. I asked if I could come pick it up and he said yes and there was no charge since he didn't do anything. When I picked up the computer I asked if he even opened it and he said he didn't. He just used a device that plugs into the power jack and it was hit or miss with connection. Why would you not investigate the problem, rather than just saying oh it could be this, but he just did not want to deal with it. They had my computer that long and couldn't even tell me they weren't going to fix it. I will not be using their services for anything and will be taking my computer elsewhere .

I called and asked if they had any mobo screws i could buy. The tech let me look through his "bucket" since it wasnt a normal thing to sell. Found the ones I needed and he let me have them. Great service and I showed up just before closing too

I own my software consulting company and I thought I would never let anyone besides me work on any of my computers. However, I've known the owner for quite a few years and I decided to let him work on a few of my outdated desktops that needed some repair. CSL worked on it and fixed it faster than I ever could have myself and the cost was way less than I expected. Thanks, CSL!!

They were very helpful. Had to go back a couple times to get everything running on my phone but in the end everything was great. I'm just glad I didnt have to go to Owasso to get my phone repaired. Will certainly use them again. Great job guys.
