Cell Phone Hospital Broken Arrow

My iPhone 11 was experiencing issues when I would try to charge my phone or connect it via USB to another device. Chris was very informative and helpful and even gave me a few tips on how to know when I should get it cleaned and how often it’ll require it. Of course this service was done free of charge which was awesome and I was able to put the money I was gonna use to fix the phone towards a brand new protective case for the phone. I am leaving one happy customer, that’s for sure. Thank you so much CPH for all your help and ease of service related problems. I will most definitely be coming back to this location for my future service requirements and needs.

Called in advance for pricing on screen replacements for my phone and was told one price and gave specific pricing instructions on what I wanted and when I got there another guy tried to up charge me quite a bit more money for a more expensive screen a stated “I’m not saying your lieing but I will be ordering this instead of that.” Great customer service guy!!!! You won’t be ordering anything that I don’t want. All because he wanted the higher commission. Will not be getting my service. I like straight up honesty no swindling.

I have used cell hospital for 6 yrs now everyone who works there is knowledgeable helpful and so nice Chris helped me yesterday got me sorted so quick and I am completely satisfied ..highly recommend

They cleaned out my charger port for free and were very friendly and quick also gave me the lowest quote I’ve heard to replace my back glass on an iPhone 13
