Came in because I wanted to upgrade my RAM. The worker when I went in the morning was happy to help and was very knowledgeable in computers which created a positive outlook. I dropped it off and roughly 30 min later he was finished! He explained to me what he did and educated me on my laptop since I’m still learning. Above and beyond to help teach is a 10/10 quality. Will come back to have this company fix or install anything else.

Called just for thermal paste and pads I believe the persons name on the phone was Doug (sorry if I’m incorrect) he was so helpful and informative on what other components that could possibly be the issue I would highly recommend this business for any of your pc or gaming console needs great service
