The company obviously doesn't care about their employees, there was one person at the front having to run around in circles trying to get like 4 things done at once?! It's ridiculous that this store was running on minimal staff on a Monday. Employees are always very nice and try to help but that was just insane to see, hope it changes.

This was my first online print order and the whole process was exceptional. As usual, I needed the print order quickly so I called, and an associate made sure it would be ready the next morning.

I was traveling and helping do ministry at a youth camp. I had to do a ton of copies on a time crunch... I used their self-serve copiers. The management and copy and print services folks just went above and beyond in helping! Kelly, a manager, was particularly helpful, and answered my questions. Kevin was very helpful with getting the settings right on the self-serve copiers. Excellent experience.

The team working at this store are great: very helpful and knowledgeable. They assist at the right level - effectively, credibly and not by being overly solicitous. The store is clean and well-stocked. They have extra services that are helpful such as passport photos/assistance, UPS drop-off, etc. Plus, they have a visible security guard on staff that adds to an atmosphere of safety-consciousness.
