Wonderful! I got my MacBook Pro in rather late today for a battery replacement (provided my own battery for convenience) and was told to come back around sometime tomorrow. I was already pleased at that time frame, but I was even happier when they delivered their service within 3 hours of dropoff, right before closing time. I’m so very astonished out how fast it took especially with no appointment. I would rate 10 stars!

Took my desktop in, with Windows 10, because it had been hacked. I got it back with Windows 11, and all of my programs and favorites gone!!! I did not ask for, nor did I want Windows 11. Fortunately, I was able to find a reputable tech who reinstalled Windows 10, and was even able to restore my favorites. Also fortunately, I was able to reinstall most (but not all) of my programs. Speaking with this new tech, I found out that it is very, very, very unlikely that what was done, was needed. Easier for the tech, yes. Necessary, probably not.

People have their ups and downs with computers especially if they do not provide correct information. The best repair and computer shop in the NE Oklahoma. Better than any Tulsa store I've visited. Staff is helpful and techs will greet you personally!

Where to start! These guys are fantastic no matter who is there to help you. They give straight forward answers, they’ve helped me unfreeze my computer, they were able to order new lab top chargers for me (my dogs chewed through both computer cords) and helped me with any other silly thing I’ve needed help with. I appreciate these guys so very much! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
