If you need help getting a rig together, stay away from here. These people kept my custom parts for over a month with the promise of building a gaming PC. Every time I would call or come by in the interim, I was told the machine hadn't been started/ wasn't ready or nobody was there as they were out of the building on house calls. About 30 days later I get fed up and come to collect my parts. They had been handled HORRIBLY. The motherboard in particular was ruined as the pins were BENT. When confronted about this, the owner denied ever having touched the motherboard (which is untrue, the cover to seat the CPU was removed which can only be done by manually removing it with a lever). He had "worked on the rig" by putting in the power supply unit first for some reason, hooking in unnecessary chords and even losing original screws which seated the PSU. Bottom line, this was unscrupulous business practice. These people are better suited to going out to others' houses and charging a sum to clear a system error log or reset loose RAM sticks. Not proper computer technicians at all, in ethic or in practice. If you have a more advanced rig; STAY AWAY!

My computer crashed and EDX thankfully was able to save all of my files and reinstall OS within a few days. My technician explained everything she did while calling me regularly with updates and cost estimate as things progressed. In the end, my cost was equal to what she stated in the beginning and it was very reasonable considering all she did. I was amazed and very grateful to her I gave her a hug upon leaving. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. On hand inventory is a bit limited but in the day of Amazon that's to be expected sadly.
