580TOGO Phone Repair

Awesome service! Had issues with my phone not wanting to charge. First they cleaned the port and put on a brand new protective screen. Decided it most likely need a new charge port. They changed that as well but that didn’t work either. I was told it was most likely an internal issue which they wouldn’t be able to fix. I wasn’t too worried cause it was a pretty old phone. Then they told me their services were free of charge since they had not been able to fix it! That’s what I’d call honest, friendly professional service!

My USB port wasn't charging my phone anymore. They gave it a look and found a simple wire disconnected. I still expected a bill that I would have happily paid. No charge! This simple act of kindness has resonated with me for days.

Overdo review-- I've had the need to use 580togo on a couple of different occasions while visiting Ardmore. Once to replace a HP laptop chord, another for a minor phone repair. Always friendly staff and eager to help. Appreciated them lending me the tiniest of screwdrivers to resolve a phone case issue as well. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.

They are the best and I’m not kidding. They are a small family business who genuinely care and take care of their customers. No 30 minute to 2 hr wait time to finally speak to a human you can’t even understan. I used them for almost 15 years and finally ended up with different services after moving to another state but never again. It’s been a nightmare ever since with phone reps and companies.
