This store REALLY needs some work. I was in thia store for maybe 10 minutes at most, and while I was in I saw numerous safety issues, merchandising issues, and cleaning issues. This store needs swept, mopped, their top stock needs better organized, as there are boxes open with product that could fall on customers. On top of this the chain is not attached om the step ladder which should always be on it when not in use. There are half empty endcaps with signage falling off of them, and there are carts throughout the store with random products stacked in them. There are also missing price tags everywhere. I got in when there were no other customers in, yet I wasn't welcomed when entering. After wondering around unmarked aisles I finally asked for help and was pointed in the right direction. The cashier was nice enough up front, but that was the only positive thing about this experience. I've been doing retail management for merchandising and operations for quite some time, and these are unacceptable standards. I would advise someone visits this store and takes a look. I'm not from Ada, but everytime I've been in this store, it has been a mess. Best of luck!

Went to print out some paperwork and the chick at the counter was so not helpful!! She could not be bothered by a customer's questions?? Much less give any help

I stood at the UPS drop off for over five minutes. The staff looked at me and the ignored me. They were rude when I asked for help.

very unfriendly ask for help finding a product I'm in a wheelchair had to have another customer reach the product when I finally found it.

Friendly clean place to do business. Most generally find the products I need and the staff is always there to help me if I need it.
