I would steer clear of this place. The owner may know how to repair computers. (or not) I didn’t give him the chance. There were too many red flags. $50 assessments fee, over charges without any justification for cost breakdown of parts versus labor. I refused the service after getting an estimate of $399 for replacing hinges and the back to my laptop. What I don’t understand is when I said I wanted to pick up my laptop, he had it torn apart. It was going to take him 2 days to put it back together. Why did he need to tear it apart to give an estimate for replacing the back and hinges. I got a second opinion and only the back needed replaced. Edit: The reply from this business reinforces the level of professionalism for which I wrote this review.

I bought my son his gaming computer for Christmas almost two years ago. At that time his gaming computer was well over 1,000 dollars. I started having troubles with the computer and took it to his shop. He explained to us what the problem was but was able to get it running. Fast forward 4 months. We started having troubles with it again. I took it back to his shop, to replace my son’s graphics card. He charged me 500.00 to replace it. Within 2 weeks it broke again so instead of paying him 50.00 to take a look at it. We took it to someone else. Found out that he put in a 6 year old graphics card that was 5 times slower than what I had. When we called him, we asked him to fix it right. The graphics card was way too small for the computer to run his games. I could buy the same exact one for 100.00 which he admitted on the phone that I could get that graphics card for only 100.00. To replace my graphics card was only 299.99 on sale. Regular price was about 370.00 I asked him for my old graphics card back. Took the computer to someone else. I found out there was nothing wrong with my graphics card to begin with. The drivers needed to be uninstalled and readded. Trying to tell me my hard drive needed replace. So he took 500.00 dollars and pretty much did nothing for me. I would recommend dnc in Howland . They were honest with me. Told me that I needed to go back to him to make it right. Thought about taking him to small claims court so I can get my money back for the services he did not do right. I have documents and other business saying that he took me for a ride. SAVE your money. Take it to DNC in Howland. They were truly honest with me. Plus they only charge you 35( which they did not charge me) instead of 50.00.

Do not bring your business here! Owner charged $50 for an assessment and tore my computer apart. After I informed him that I was going to hold off on getting it fixed for a second opinion, he gave me back my computer in pieces. Owner is extremely rude and should not be in business!
