I have used Digital Cowboy for years and they have always helped me. On this latest visit, a new person waited on me, very unfriendly, and bluntly told me they did not work on tablets. Joey, my favorite guy, heard this and came over right away. (Turns out this was Mr. Grumpy's last day there.) Joey is still trying to fix my tablet. That's why I love this place. He's the best!!

My husband and I came in with some problems with a Google sign in and flash drive. Our problems were fixed in a second by people way smarter than we are on computers. They did not charge us for this quick fix! Always friendly and, helpful regardless of your question!!

After two weeks off for knee replacement, I try to return to work to discover my laptop acting up. Joey at Digital Cowboy had me up and running quickly. Thanks for the prompt service

Joey was a God send as he helped get a cord for my laptop that I had not used for six months. They gave a nice location in Vandalia Oh. So glad my daughter Billi Ewing referred me to DIGITAL COWBOY!

The absolute worst and rudest service I have ever had with a company. I took my brand new and my old laptops in because they told me they could easily transfer my data from the old to the new. Told me it would take two days. They called me on day seven to tell me it was ready. When I tried to open my files on the new laptop, nothing would open. Nothing! I took the laptops back as I was told it would be fixed but was accused by one of the techs of taking my laptop somewhere else and that someone else messed it up. I can assure that is not the case. It went from the store I bought it from, to my house, never opened and still in the box, to Digital Cowboys, to my house, then back to them. I was told they would work on it that evening and it would be ready the next morning. I received a call at 9:34 am with more questions about what I needed done then was told they would have it finished and would call in four hours to let me know I could pick it up. I still had not heard from them at 5:30. I picked it back up today and we will see if anything works.
