Spencer helped me with my Dell computer - took care of my problem (paperclip hidden in computer by 3 year old) and suggested (no pressure) an upgrade of a hard disc which I agreed do. Fast and reasonable. Got my desktop back in a day, plugged it in and all works great with some nice new speed. Recommended.
