They did a great job fixing my computer screen. A quality business.

** DO NOT GO HERE** Had to visit another ubreakIfix in Huber Heights after leaving this place. Found out they didn't put the components back in the right place, they kept half the screws, they never replaced the adhesive they just used the same one and threw on some glue in hopes it would hold it together. The back was coming off and was a gapped open when they handed it to me, I brought it up before accepting the phone and he stated, "the phone will close together when the glue dries."They also completely disabled my vibration function. The ubreakifix in Huber Heights informed me, in the system they had it worked on it for less than 20 minutes when I dropped it off in Springfield at 1:37 p.m. and they told me to return at 4:00 p.m. All for a screen replacement, this is the worst ubreakIfix compared to the eight states I've visited.

My laptop 💻 needed immediate repair and I was told not to worry as it will be fixed today and to return back to the store in about 30 minutes and it was and the repair bill was awesome 👍

The technician, Sam, did a very good job fixing my cracked screen. It was ready quicker than expected! Very nice!! He was professional and courteous!
