I called to see if they had a power switch for a case and I had to explain it to him.....please know what your talking about if you work at a computer store. Just order off of Amazon or Newegg for your parts. BTW my problem wasn't that you didn't have the part. My problem was the fact your employee did not know what a pc power switch was.

Called before hand to ask them if they can find the problem with a laptop I had. They said sure and I went the next day and handed it to them and waited for about a week until they called back saying they plugged it in and nothing happened (I've already told them it doesn't work when plugged it in). Me already annoyed that a COMPUTER REPAIR STORE did nothing at all other than plug it in to tell me something that I already knew before I brought it in. Then they made me pay 53$ for the "diagnostic check" aka plugging it in and basically saying, "yep it don't work". Anyways I took it home, checked the motherboard and saw there were screws in the grounding spot where it shouldn't and plugged it in, and it turned on (the problem was the battery was bad btw) I'd recommend not to waste your time with them like I wasted mine with them.

I needed a phone charger cable right away. I called and was told they could help me. They sure did! In stock and available. Very helpful!

I would of given these guys a 5 star review but I cannot. the gentlemen behind the counter were really nice but all they really did was adjust my laptop a bit and clean every compartment of dust and grime. I needed my GPU fan replaced and they did not do that all. My laptop still overheats and the GPU fan is still not spinning. I tried to tell them but it seemed like it went in one ear and out the other. Sorry guys you were nice and all but I will not be returning. I did however get a sweet new mouse for my laptop from them and it does work perfectly.

Drove all over town looking for an old DSL modem cable, but no one had it. These guys didn't have one on display, but the guy working there went in the back and was rummaging around for a few minutes. I heard a jubilant shout of "this is why we never throw anything away!" And he returned with the cable I needed. Said they sometimes take antiquated stuff when they're upgrading a home/business to better Internet. He gave me the cable for free because it was salvage and almost one uses DSL anymore (which explains why no one stocks the cables). When it is time to upgrade my home, I know who I'm calling.
