Last week I came across the ad to upgrade to a new IPhone with just $50 bucks and no credit check. I thought it was a joke and a scam. After researching the company and site, I saw and realized it wasn’t. I did the application and Moe reached out explain the remaining process. I got my new phone. Thank you Moe.

I was referred to Buy Cell Cleveland from my carrier who no longer repairs phones. I was unable to use use my phone touch screen to do anything. Couldn't answer call or make calls couldn't access anything, my phone was useless to me. I went to Buy Cell Cleveland and was promptly greeted by someone, after I told him my problem he went and got Amir (the owner I believe) he was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what was wrong with my phone. Said he could have it fixed by the next day (a Saturday) if the part came in. He sent me out the door with a loaner phone , which I appreciated.The next day the part came in and Amir called me to let me kniw that it had arrived but that it came in , he was very honest with me and said that it came in late in the day and there was maybe only another hour before they closed . I told him that was fine I could get it on Monday. Monday he texted me very early to let me know that my phone was fixed and ready to go. When I got there Amir was very prompt and swapped out my Sim card and wiped the loaner phone clean. He did a FANTASTIC job on my phone you could never know that the screen was replaced Everything worked perfectly. Amir was very professional and kind to explain to me what was wrong with my phone. I would highly recommend Buy Cell Cleveland for any repairs. Thank you for your prompt attention to my problem. I hope I don't have to use you again but with a 4 year old grandson who tends to drop my phone I now know where to go to get expert repairs .

As human i honestly thought it was a scam, but after checking out the reviews i went with my gut and I was approved! Moe was so helpful but i was too excited because I was about to replace my daughter iPhone! Moe’s customer service was out of this world!
