My PC was having power issues and wouldn’t boot up. After trying to fix it myself with no solution, I brought it into Geek Squad and they were awesome. Fixed everything at a decent price and got my computer back to me the same day!! Definitely going to be coming back for any further issues and recommend 100%

Too difficult to work with! Totally disorganized. Sure, I called the local number. After fighting with AI Prompts for 5 minutes and then being forwarded to a call center in India, I decided to drive 20 minutes to bypass the bullcrap and talk to an agent. What a silly idea! The woman at the front watched me wait in what was apparently the wrong, long line. Here I was trying to do a good deed and show my Boss how easy it is to schedule an appointment with Geek Squad for his computer needs. Now you've lost TWO customers. Morons.

OMG, I tried to make an appointment for Geek Squad to repair an appliance and was put on hold, shuffled between departments and phone trees for almost an hour. Then when I finally reached a real person the phone call got dropped and I had to start over again from scratch, this time specifically asking for the person I had previously spoken to. Never did reach them, quitting after 15 minutes of canned music and waiting. I then tried calling the store manager but never got past more piped in music, and after 10 minutes hung up. Tried calling again later in the day and was left on hold for 15 minutes before a person actually picked up the call. I was then put on hold for another 10 minutes before the appointment was scheduled. In total this was two hours of my day spent trying to just make an appointment. Two hours! I could have done this faster had I just gone to the store and made the appointment there. Further, I would have done all of this online but since I have the Geek Squad Protection Plan the website said I needed to actually call. DEFINITELY NOT A HAPPY PERSON RIGHT NOW.

Gentlemen that helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful. Couldn't fix my operating system, asked if he could try to fix it if I leave it and 24hrs later, I'm back in business. The only reason I'm leaving 4 🌟 is the counter is very dirty and dusty. In this time of COVID and a customer mentioning it.... I think instead of saying we don't use this counter area, which you are with me 🤔 just wipe it down and keep it clean.
