If you're coming here for a repair to your electronics I would highly recommend just winging it yourself because you are no better off here. My daughter had a brand new Nintendo switch that she put her game card in backwards so she needed to have the card reader repaired. I brought it here to be repaired as it was a brand new system even though the repair cost half much as a replacement. When they repaired the card reader they did not reinstall her screen correctly yet still said that it would be over $100 to replace. Although I did not want to put that much more money into fixing it I figured I was already in too deep so let's just make the best of it. They have now had her Nintendo for over a month and a half and just called to let me know that there are three more things that need repaired which is absolutely insane seeing as my daughter played the game one time and they have literally had it longer than she has ever seen it. This is a scam of a business and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I've read some of these negative reviews and wonder if it's the same place I went to. I can't say enough goid about CPR. My screen went black after drop water T-MOBILE couldn't do anything except order me n new insurance claim phone said I'd loose everything without screen working. I went to CPR that Friday nite he spent 2 hrs getting me back on my replacement phone ordered me new screen old phone saved all my pictures, contacts, passwords it was camazing . He spent lot time helping me. I had so many pics I could never replace. I didn't have backup. T-MOBILE had no way of helping me they just transfer phones. I'm not blaming them I'm just glad CPR saved all my information and for that I will always be grateful. He even put my old screen back and cleaned out all my information from my old phone for my trade in from the insurance claim I had to send them. Their cost for everything was undrr$50 when you loose everything in your phone your willing to almost pay anything. So I will say I had a very positive experience with CPR and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you CPR for great service.

Took my granddaughter nintendo switch in for repair not once but twice 1st time for a new reader to be installed ( granddaughter put game in backwards 1st time using system) got back screen shook and when my daughter looked it up it said screen needed to be reset. waited too long to take in so told new charge would be another 129 dollars 1st charge was 125. had month and a half then they call back with another charge of 189 they want to add with additional problem and additional issue. we pickup unfixed all this time and game no longer turns on and screen has been chipped taking off. Was given all these misuse scenarios on phone by tech even after explaining it was brand new system never played... . Would never ever take a game system there again. would give this company minus stars if I could. They dont know what theyre doing. Came back worse than when I brought it in

RUN DONT WALK!!!! My first screen repair 1 year ago went well $400 My 2nd screen repair 1 month ago was a fail $200 Upon repair pickup the phone seemed to work but my back of my phone was cracked and acted like it was like that in which it was not my phone has resided in a case it's entire existence. During the 1st week you could not have the phone plugged in and use the screen as it was glitching and pixelating. 2nd week the phone said water or debris in the port and was never water damaged at any point. Now the screen has a loose connection and will work if you push on the screen. CPR of niles said they have trouble with the replacement of a Samsung s23 ultra screen. This was never mentioned before the repair. And now want $300 more to attempt a 2nd repair out of my wallet. To top it off the employee said I was 2 months out of warranty when it is actually 5 days out of warranty. So inability to repair a s23 ultra as well as math is not their strong point either. So long story short this place ruined a $1400.00 phone and denied any warranty even though it was 5 days past and keep in mind they were closed for the holidays which hampered my efforts to a timely consultation for the malfunctioning repair.

This place is more of a scam ring than a repair shop. Had my Samsung s22 ultra screen replaced there. After paying over $200, my screen was replaced but I got many more issues out of it. If the phone is shaken, dropped, picked up from a table, it will shut off and restart. Also it will now show that the phone has cellular signal but will say no network connection and will not allow calls, texts, data browsing, etc. I have tried to call over 5 times and never get an answer. I have left 3 voice-mails and never gotten a single call back. Consider this place a scam or a theft ring. My phone never had restart or network issues prior to them touching it and they will not or have not made any effort to make it right. This phone cost over 1k new and all they did was install a new screen and turn the phone into a paperweight. Run, look elsewhere. Whatever you do, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO FIX YOUR DEVICE. If they even called back or tried to make it right I may give them 2 stars, but so far, nothing.
