I was very pleased with the help provided by the computer technician, Pat, today. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my laptop computer, iPad and cell phone, and he wrote out instructions that I could follow in deleting unwanted emails, ordering photo prints from home, and retrieving email copy that was inadvertently erased in progress. He updated my Malwarebytes, was successful in syncing my phone and iPad, and he added a new file of alternating pictures that will appear on the computer screen at startup. I highly recommend him for his excellent work.
