My screen was not turning on. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and they said I would have to send my laptop into Dell or just needed to get a new one because it was a potential issue that couldn’t be fixed. I left Best Buy and went right over to UBreakIFix and they took some information and said they were going to do an advanced diagnostic and keep it of about 4 days, which wasn’t an issue for me. I got a text the next day that it was repaired and ready for pickup! It was A LOT cheaper than getting a new laptop, highly recommend!

After replacing the screen on the back of my phone, I handled it very carefully for a week and never dropped the phone on the floor, but the screen on the back was completely broken, so I went to talk to them and they said they couldn't help me in any way. In the end, I bought a new cell phone. I just drop off My husband’s phone It cost $299 takes 6-8hrs They do military discount They replacing the back of the phone with no Apple logo ( no problem at all ) In 60days if something happen for your phone they’ll check on your phone Overall it’s great !

Great experience with Harley today! Very personable, knowledgeable! Took my Google phone in for a battery replacement. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Harley also made sure all my questions were answered.

UPDATE 24 hours after receiving my phone that was broken during repair of a screen/back glass to the point I lost all of my data... The new back glass fell off after sitting on my kitchen table over night. I dropped off my fully functional phone at 10am(9Jan) to get a new screen and back glass due to small cracks and was told they would call me when the phone was done around 2pm. When I called at 6pm(9Jan) I was told it was repaired earlier in the day and that they had emailed me to tell me (not very helpful when i have no way to check an email) and that they needed me to come in to put in my password so they could make sure everything worked. So i came back at 10am(10Jan) put my password into they phone that appeared to be working just fine, they took it into the back to test it and after sitting there for over an hour they came out and said that it was stuck in a boot loop and i would need to get a new phone. So much for 4 hours of total driving and being with out a phone for over 24 hours for a 4 hour repair. Hopefully my new phone gets here sooner than the additional 2-4 days the tech told me to expect. Oh and not to mention that I was only one of 3 people there at the same time to get devices that were all functional when dropped off and not working now.

My pixel 8 got a weird line down it. Google offered an extended warranty for that exact issue for 3 years, all I had to do is put in my EIME number and Ubreakifix it by assurion came up as one of Google's trusted locations for repairs. They automatically made it a zero charge and replaced my phone within the same day. All the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Harley was especially pleasant in the front with all the clients as they came in ! Would recommend!
