This beautiful lady helped me find a phone case for my older phone. My phone is so outdated; I was surprised that they even had it. We looked an found a used case an she just blessed me with it. An wished me a good day an sent me on my way. Thank you so much. I went to five different places looking for a case for my phone an they had it. This woman made my day! Thanks again!🥰🤗

PR phone repair is a wonderful place. I went here to get a screen fixed and also to get the speaker on my phone fixed their courteous professional quick and always able to work with you. This is the best phone repair store in Mentor.

Uses screens not meant for iPhone in iPhones and then charges you extra when they fail. He does charge you full price though so there's that. I do not recommend. The attached photo is screen number 3 that has failed.

Was promised $20 for fixing my pc. He charged me $120 for just putting 25 cents worth of thermal paste on my processor. Plus it’s a disorganized mess all the monitors are just scattered on the floor. Do not recommend don’t waste your time or money here

The owner is very nice and helpful. This store is a lot better than the other computer phone repair stores on mentor ave. I will be recommending to my friends and coming back.
