Amazing Service; Caring, Competent Knowledgeable Staff. I film high school sports and needed a replacement laptop for about two weeks. I live in South Central PA and called a few places on the East Coast! Not only did Bob from Digital One Computer Solutions (DOCS) respond, but his company out did themselves. After speaking with Bob regarding my needs and the specs of the laptop, the very next day the laptop was delivered to my door. Cost was very reasonable, with the packaging and return instructions extremely easy. DOCS is my number one place for rentals and I dare anyone to give them the opportunity to serve your needs. You will be highly pleased.

They are responsive, call back, after hours they actually answer the phone, service for personal computers is completed as quickly as possible and usually they have the unit available the same day. On a scale of 1 to 10 (one is terrible and 10 is the BEST) - DIGITAL ONE, MENTOR OHIO IS A "10" (THE BEST). Bobby and Bob, Your modifications to my computer were terrific! Internet speed and file retrieval from the hard drive is amazing. Once again, it is a pleasure to use.
