I asked for an evaluation of a broken laptop. They provided it quickly and explained clearly what needed repaired/replaced. When I added up the total, repair was more than the machine was worth. They had some laptops for sale at reasonable prices. I chose one and asked to have more RAM installed. They did it while I waited. The machine is great, just what I needed. I am very happy with the service and the purchase.

Astro Computers really helped me out when my laptop just quit working during a stressful time of my life. They were able to supply me with a product to help me meet my obligations, then courteously refunded my money when we decided it wasn't a perfect fit for long time solution.
