I bought my computer there in 2012. I called to see if I could get it upgraded to Windows 10 on Wednesday. They said would take about a day. Took it in on Thursday. Went in on Monday to check the status and they said hard drive wasn't big enough to handle upgrade. Told then to replace it with larger one. Found out The cleanup didn't get rid of enough stuff to allow upgrade. Talked to Dave the owner and he explained that a seven year old computer had a small hard drive. Wednesday 9-11-19 I picked up the computer and took it home and was pleasantly surprised. All of my old icons were still there along with everything else. Great job thank you so much
