Impressive customer service!! Veronica helped me buy a new computer today and it was awesome!! She was responsive to both my tech needs and my shopping preferences, and she thought of some novel solutions to some tech challenges I currently have. I really appreciated that ! Everyone I interacted with at the store was great, too! I haven't updated my technology in a long time in part because it's so annoying to do it. I must've left this place with three different business cards. It's awesome when you feel supported in spending money. I look forward to spending more money here, because they make it easy and enjoyable ! Hell yeah !!

Super annoying they don't have a phone apparently. Once I got in there though, Jeffrey was super helpful in finding what I needed. The selection is impressive and staff knowledgeable. Overall price & speed for in house work seems better than best buy around the corner

Placed first online order. Was sent a confirmation that the order was picked and ready at counter. At counter they said that they were out of the part they had confirmed was picked and ready. They had substituted another part they claimed was an exact replacement and would not have any shortcomings. They did not offer to show the specs even after I asked them to be absolutely certain. I took the part and made the drive back to the office.... where I discovered it was missing several key attributes and would be totally unusable to me. Now I'll be making another trip to return it. Will not be buying replacements there. Will not be buying anything there again. They also followed up my order with an online survey request for feedback. I tried to respond to it but their system told me my transaction number was already responded to. So apparently they don't want feedback. I emailed them, just in case. They haven't responded to the email. In meantime, I found everything I needed on Amazon cheaper with same day delivery.

I would like to thank Amy at Micro Center Priority Care & Leah at Micro Center online for helping me choose & order my new PC. When I went to pick up my order at my local Mayfield Heights, OH store on Saturday, I was extremely impressed w/ how well the store was prepared for all the Black Friday shoppers. There were several salespersons ready to help customers. Veronica made it so easy to find a monitor & other accessories I needed. She went out of her way to explain everything & gave me excellent personalized service. While shopping & checking out, managers Ryan & Jim both introduced themselves. The check out line, while long, went fast. Monica even checked back w/ me while I was at the check out to make sure I had everything I needed & my order was going smoothly. Another staff member loaded my car for me. I was hesitant to go to the store on Black Friday weekend but I must say, this was a most unexpected & pleasant experience. If there were a sixth star, I would have checked it!

I have used Microcenter in Mayfield Hts. OH for many years. I just purchased my second Laptop from them. The help of the salesperson was outstanding and the Service Department migrated my data from the old computer quickly and efficiently. All questions were answered. Great and knowledgeable people at this store.
