I love when the geek squad crew helps me out with installing new TVs. I hate when TVs break but the experience with geek squad is always relaxed and the employees are respectful and they listen well. I hope these professionals are getting paid the salary they deserve they are amazing.

WAY too expensive to take down and put up smart tvs on a wall when you move, almost $700!! , if they have a record that you bought tvs EVER from Best Buy they should hang your stuff and take it down cheap, would $250 be enough?? CROOKS! For $700 I could buy a new tv, that’s probably the idea 😡

This has to do with the 800 number, not the store. The associate was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Actually hung up on us when we asked why no manual came with our new dryer. Honestly, this rating is for the delivery guys too. Insisted the door was on the correct side, even though we can't open it without hitting the washer. And didn't leave us any paperwork or a manual to fix it. This pretty much ruins best buy for me.

They are worth every penny. They fix any electronic item in your home. They even helped me install my speech files for my college classes. They are always professional and willing to answer your questions also.

My computer is in worst condition than when I dropped it off. I've had to drop it off and pick it up only to find more issues. No one is listening. And my display is broken when it wasn't before. My money was taken and I was never properly helped. Customer service is bogus. No one has contacted me back.
