I've shopped here quite a few times now, even stopped in for some advice here and there. Each time I went in I learned something new, staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Best of all prices are reasonable. I Definitely recommend this PC store to anyone looking to build a PC or even if you're just looking for advice. Obviously it's not a micro center so they don't have massive amounts of stock, but they do have some amazing brands to choose from. Absolutely an awesome place to stop in

My desktop had no power this morning! I took it in to them and a very nice young man noticed that the 0/1 toggle switch on the back was set to zero! I have no idea how that happened as I haven't touched it since yesterday and it was fine then! They plugged it in to see if it then worked and it did. Very happy with their service! I think it was the cats that turned it off!

My laptop started to behave badly last Friday. I took it to Computer Discount in Maumee with a hope that they could quickly determine the cause of my problem and fix it. I am exceptionally pleased with the way that they handled my issue. By Monday, they have fixed the problem, charged me less than I anticipated and gave me good advice to prevent a recurring issue. I am a Happy Camper and highly recommend this service provider!

I have been dealing with Maumee Computer Discount for many years - and frequently lately due to some issues I was having and needed to buy a new computer. Everyone at this location has been very helpful, kind and courteous. Over the years, I have not once had a bad experience with these people and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not happy with this location. Have purchased several computers from the Central Ave store and had really good service. Now, I work near Maumee and this store is much easier for me to get to. Called in this morning with a question. The person who answered stated politely that he was helping a customer and asked me to hold. After sitting on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up. He could have very easily asked for a number to call me back at, or simply stated that he was busy and short staffed and suggest that I call back in 10-15 minutes. No fun sitting on dead hold. Not going to this location. Not convenient for me to get to Central Ave., now. Probably going to look for another place to get work done.
