The service was amazing. The technician knew exactly what was needed and provided excellent customer service. The phone belong to my mom. She is elderly and her vision is very bad. To have to get my mother a new phone would have been very challenging as she does not want to learn device. Thanks to the service I received. I was able to repair my mother’s device and allow her to have the independence. she’s used to the device so she can navigate effectively.

If you have an S22 Ultra that drops cell service and wifi all the time don't worry about coming, they said it wasn't fixable and that I would need a new phone. $9 and a Flex Antenna Cable (S908U) replacement later and I have fixed my own phone
