These guys are absolutely amazing! I've been building my own computers since the mid 1990s. I wanted to upgrade my computer to something faster. I ordered all the parts, put everything together, and it wouldn't turn on. I tried troubleshooting and just couldn't get it working. I tried for a week but couldn't get it done. This obviously slowed down my YouTube and podcast production abilities and I really needed the computer up and running. I normally get 5.5 million views across all socials per month, and I didn't want to see any dropoff. So I called around various places and they all recommended Virtual PCs. Virtual PCs went above and beyond the call of duty. I knew they could get it running, but also they cleaned up the cabling, tidyed up the build, figured out the problem, and got it all back to me in no time. Can't recommend them more! Just look at how beautiful this build looks! Thank you guys!

I've had my computer problems solved here twice, and both times they were super easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I came in when my PC suddenly wouldn't turn on, which they thought must be the motherboard or processor dying. I ended up RMAing the mobo back first, which did not solve the problem. I have an AMD chip, and they ordered a test chip to help with me and future customers with AMD chip problems which was super nice, and ended up helping detect the dead chip in the end. The process took two months because of all the shipping times, but they stored the computer in the shop the entire time which was a huge convenience, and didn't charge any extra for storage. When I needed to ship back the mobo and chip, they put them in anti-static bags and some foam which made it much easier to get it shipped right away. Ended up being an extremely reasonable cost for what would've been a huge pain for me to personally deal with, highly recommend them!

The service is very good and prices are reasonable. They share their knowledge of PC's but I felt they were trying to sell me a new computer but just wanted mine repaired.

Took my strix 4090 to test it and it got tested in just a couple of hours super fast and nice the only thing that would have made it better is a spreadsheet of the benchmarks and testing results to see it on paper for the 50$ i paid all I got was a verbal yes the 4090 is fine and passed all testing . The staff was super nice and understanding my situation and actually cared about my situation thank you would come again šŸ˜Š

These guys built my high end pc in March based around my 4080 video card. They knew what they were doing and after quizzing them on several technical aspects of the build I felt confident that they had the same knowledge about pc building and better than I had myself. These guys will suggest components that work and arenā€™t trying to fleece your wallet. For example, do I need 64 gigs for gaming? ā€œNo.ā€ Was the immediate response. Do I need water cooling? ā€œOnly if you play in a hot environment.ā€ They will tell you that ā€œThe part you really need is thisā€ in order to save you a few bucks and cost you maybe 5 percent on performance. Cable management was A+. They will even offer RGB LED fans if you want fancy lights. These guys donā€™t like to use old parts because they donā€™t want to stake their reputations on your ā€œfrankenrigs.ā€So far my rig has been a powerhouse and Iā€™m confident itā€™ll will remain one until the next generation of cards comes out. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Holland/Maumee/Toledo area.
