Took PC in for repairs (display issue with new graphics card) told 1-2 days turned into over a week. Said PC was fixed and ready to go. Took it home only to realize it was not repaired like they claimed. Took it to 2 other places and they both came to the same conclusion that the new card I bought just didn’t work. Despite geek squad claiming they stress tested the card on the device. I was then sold an ssd even though I week prior I ran it through a software and it determined it was in perfect working condition. TOTAL SCAM

Scheduled an appointment with geek squad for them to send my broken Apple Watch in for service. Ended up rescheduling the original appointment I had made for a few days later. When I went in for my new apt they refused to take my watch stating I had too many separate cases on their computers to be able to send it in (even though the old one was a cancelled appointment). I asked if we could call apple support (where the appointments were made) to get this cleared up and they wouldn’t. They basically said sorry can’t help you and told me to figure it out on my own. I immediately went to the apple store and they took my watch no problem and told me Best Buy definitely should of called them, as they do frequently to solve issues like this. Apparently spending 3 minutes making a call is too much effort for them in their day. A few other customers also walked in while I was waiting and no matter what question they were asked their response was always “i don’t know Sorry” to every single question. How can you be in geek squad if you have no clue how to help anyone, no tech knowledge, and you’re not willing to even attempt to serve your customers properly and professionally. I will never use them again.

They have the worst phone answering system. I could never get anyone on the phone. I needed to replace a battery on my laptop. I took my business to another computer place and they were very courteous and helpful. O bought laptop at Best Buy but won't ever go there for repair services.

I took my 4th generation iPod in because the power button didn't work. I thought they could replace it, but NO, Apple products are made to be obsolete. But thank goodness for Free, the nicest young man. He found a way to fix it for me. I am thrilled and they didn't charge me!

Was not informed that the technician will be at our home between 12 -8. Our appt was scheduled after 2 so my husband and would be home in time. They screwed up and the best they could do was to schedule an appt for 9 days later.
