Worst service I've ever had. Almost threw weeks in and no one can tell me where my iPad is. Apple says it's ready to be picked up, Geek squad line says it's ready to be picked up, store says it's still in another state. They told me twice now it was ready and when I went i waited for over 30 minutes to be helped just to be told they didn't even send it yet.

This is the second time I've made a appointment at this location and they can't do anything ... Save yourself the time and headache and just go straight to apple; not sure what the point of these retailers is considering they told me last time they can only do screen repairs. My screen needs repaired BUT they need to be able to get in the phone and run diagnostics. So if you have anything but a small crack on the screen and it still works- they can't help you apparently. Odd because Assurant apple retailers can. I will never buy applecare and skip p360 from T-Mobile again. It's never been this much of a hassle to get my phone fixed. Furthermore this is the second time this month I'll be replacing the LCD on my 15 pro max ??? No physical damage lcd just gave out again. Apple is bunk and so is any authorized retailer.

I took my phone to get a new screen saver and gave it to the geek squad and when I got my phone back , I noticed 2 scratches on the right side of the phone apparently they must have used a small screw driver to pull off the back cover on it . Because I didn't do that in any way I know how to take off the back cover. There staff are not very smart to be called a geek squad. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you don't want your items worked on . I wasn't very happy with there services.

A week ago, my husband set an appointment for today. Our time frame was 7 to 7, and was told a geek would call and give a better time frame. No show, no call, no apology, NOTHING! Oh and we just dropped a fortune there and “qualified “ for free geek squad, which was going to be $200 for the “free”geek squad service call. Here we sit with nothing! So tomorrow, all of Best Buy’s equipment we just purchased is going back to the store. Congratulations geek squad, you just lost about $10k for them!!! How pathetic. I’d like to give a negative 3 rating because that’s actually more accurate.
