Dropped off.my computer to get it fixed. Didn't diagnose the issue, food mr to get a new computer. Upon asking what the issue was that required a new computer, they said the hard drive MAY be messed up. Asked them if they could replace it, they say absolutely. Can't call in to get information about my ticket. Didn't fix my computer, didn't diagnose it, made it a nightmare to get anything done, and just tried to force a new computer on me. Embarrassing service, avoid like the plague

I took my laptop in cause I thought I had a virus turned out it was a trap to give my out my information that the (geek squad) guy new exactly what it was and got rid of the problem literally in 10 seconds so glad I took to them before I would have made a very big mistake By the way there was no charge 😁 Great job thanks

My dryer had stopped working due to geek squad setting up the dryer incorrectly (wires were not properly hooked up).  They were pretty quick to respond on the first visit to diagnose (one week turnaround). My issue with that part though is my maintenance team at my apartment complex had already told me what the issue was and that was explained to the staff i spoke with on the phone so that visit couldve been avoided if they wanted to. After that visit, it took multiple phone calls and 3 more weeks before i finally got someone to bring the part to repair the dryer(that they broke in the first place). If (and when) you do call customer service for geek squad, you can forget about asking to speak to a supervisor. I waited over an hour to speak to a supervisor the first time(which ended up not being helpful), and the second time, I had an argument trying to get ahold of a supervisor.  It doesn't matter whether you are nice or not over the phone, unfortunately they treat you just as bad either way. The technician was nice and did do a good job. But the overall experience does make me want to take my future business elsewhere.

Wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to care about my issues I called about.

Only one guy working the intake area. Being patient was worked out for most of us in line. He had a great attitude and never let his smile fade.
