I don’t typically leave poor reviews, because as a business owner myself I understand how impactful they can be if they’re unfair. Unfortunately I had such an awful experience with this location I feel the need to let future customers know. I has an iPad fixed here years ago, and that was a solid experience so when my sons iPhone screen stopped working, I decided to give them my business again. The initial visit went well and though pricy, they were professional and assured me the part would fix the phone. Within about a week, the new screen went completely black and the phone would not turn on. Of course that was upsetting after spending $300, but the representative told me that sometimes “you just get a dud part, and it stops working.” He told me not to worry and that they would order a replacement screen. When I showed up, a different person took the phone and told me that the screen was “cracked” which voided the warranty and therefore they would need to charge me another $300! The phone was not cracked at all - there was a tiny scratch on the screen that was barely visible. There is absolutely NO way that could cause a screen to turn black and literally not turn on. Coincidentally days after they “repaired” it? I showed him my own iPhone which has a micro scratch 5 times the size of the one he pointed out - it’s simply common sense that this is normal wear and tear when you use a phone. Essentially, his position is that once you take the device if the part fails, it’s no longer their responsibility if it shows any sign of use. Which makes absolutely no sense. We’re not talking about months of use, the screen completely stopped working right after they repaired it! No offer was made to diagnose it or even check to see why the screen was black and not turning on. If it’s possible the part was defective why wouldn’t they want to confirm that before asking ME to pay another $300?! Terrible awful customer service, among the worst I’ve had in my life. Go to a different store for your repairs. Look at the photo attached - does the screen look “cracked” to you?

To start, I had an appointment with a location in West Chester. I showed up and was told that they were closing the store that day. They couldn't have contacted me? I made an appointment. I drove to Fairfield (this location) and was greeted by Mark. He took care of my needs and concerns. He had me fixed within hours. I was so impressed with his actions and concern that he calmed my anger about the first location. Thanks, Mark. I hope you enjoyed the lunch I sent.

Store manager was very disrespectful to not only my brother but his staff as well. My brother went in to get his screen replaced when the “manager” asked if he find my iPhone on he said he didn’t know and the store manager said “what, how do you not know, did you fall out of short bus, down the short alley, down the short tree and hit every branch on the way down” not only was my brother very offended but the other worker was being yelled at for helping my brother. The store worker was almost in tears by the manager yelling at home. When I said something to the manager he said “I was a Lieutenant in the army, I can say whatever I want”. This needs to be handled! When I called the store and asked for a higher up number he gave me his cell phone number to leave a message. I hope that someone higher up reads this!

My phone screen cracked so I went to get it fixed and the front desk guy was very kind. I was told I would pay $200 but was not told it would be a knock off screen and not an actual apple product. Once I got to pick up my phone, the screen wasn't in all the way, my case didn't even fit my phone anymore and my phone would overheat if it was turned on for longer than thirty seconds. My boss went back to ask them to fix my phone and they refused to, told him that I "should've known this would happen" and then said if I wanted it fixed then I would have to pay another $200 and that I apparently signed something that told me I wasn't getting an apple screen, which the only thing I signed was to approve the charge to my card when inserting it. I ended up not getting it fixed and just let my phone overheat. Well tonight maybe a little over a month after I got my phone "fixed" my phone overheated and the right side of my screen went black and has multicolored lines and I can't even touch the screen to get it to respond. This occurred at the Tylersville location that is now apparently "permanently closed"

Pretty smooth process for the camera module and the camera glass chip repair for iPhone. Both teammates are very courteous, answered all my questions patiently and made sure the phone is again in working condition.
