My main external backup drive quit working. I would have lost months of documents & over a years worth of photos. Contacted Empirical, dropped off my drive that afternoon. Three days later I was picking up my new backup drive . He was able to recover ALL the data & then some. Have never been so relieved. Kept me up to date as to the status & price was definitely reasonable for data recovery & a new drive. Highly recommend.

I had hackers get in my desktop and put Trojans, and whatever else in it. I called Empirical Computers, and Derek said to Bring it in, and he would take a look at it. He had it for two days. He called and said he would need to install new security and a few other things cleaned it all out. Picked up the next day, I was very impressed with what he had charged. I would highly recommend Empirical Computers for your Computer work I'll keep going back.

Perfect!!!! Highly Recommended!!! Derrick was very helpful in the repair of our Laptop, he gave us updates on how the repair was going and even sent us pictures of what was going on with it. Gave us quotes ahead of time so we knew what we were getting into. Very reasonable prices too. He is willing to help no matter what the situation is. The job was done quick as well, will definitely go to him again for future repairs!

My laptop had a corrupted operating system and kept going into a startup repair process loop. I dropped the laptop off at 1 P.M. and picked it up at 4 P.M. I mentioned that the touch screen hadn't worked in years, and that was fixed as well. Granted, it turned out not to be a serious problem, but that's very fast turnaround time. It was a reasonable price to repair and I live less than a five minute drive away. That's hard to beat.

I had to have a new part installed on my new PC that was supposed to be $200+ and with labor and all came out to about $165. I can’t stress enough how amazing these people are, from the price to the way they greet you and do business. This is my second time bringing my PC to them, I won’t go anywhere else!
