I have been wanting to build my own custom PC for about 5-6 years, I did some looking around and happened to stumble upon on point PC Repair on Google. I decided to walk into the store to talk to the owner Rob and talk to him about exactly what I was looking for. Rob was very enthusiastic and welcoming and at no point in working with him did I ever feel like I was rushed/talked down to/talked into anything. I had a 10/10 customer service experience and Rob helped build the PC of my dreams!! Truly fantastic job!

Absolutely amazing service and communication. He figured out what my issue was super fast. Checked out every inch of the computer, ran several tests just to make sure everything was all good. Kept me updated on EVERYTHING. Even figured out my rgb light settings for me for no extra cost. When I went to pick it up, he offered to open my car door for me which was amazing. I will absolutely be coming back here for ANY computer problems or builds I may have in the future

I took my mac book to Rob after attempting to download a newer OS on it and having it crash on me. Rob was honest about the process and additional costs if they were needed along the way. He got it fixed in a timely manner and when he said he would. I think the pricing was very fair and I was happy to support a local business. I would recommend him to anyone needed help with a computer problem. He also had some good advice for my husband regarding a refurbished computer and desktop setup for our home office. The entire process was very easy for me and I have my laptop back up and running better than before.

I appreciate the genuine honesty and communication given before moving forward with the process fixing my laptop computer. Very reasonably price and knowledgeable about all types of computers from laptops, all in one computers and gaming systems. Had patience explaining all different types of systems. Rob was nothing short of professional, courteous and understanding in helping me (an amateur builder) finally fix my PC after running into multiple dead-ends myself. He kept me updated on the issues and progression during the fixes and had my PC completely repaired within 2 days. I would recommend On Point PC Repair, and it's technicians to anybody who needs help with their PC. The prices are fair as well!
